Can I send
my email to my own subscriber list?
No. We do not accept
3rd party lists. To insure that we do not send
any type of spam only people who have directly
opted into one of our lists will be sent
advertisements. We do not send to anyone who has
not personally opted into our program.
Can I change
the content after the campaign has started?
No. When an email
campaign is sent out the emails are created
instantly and placed into a que. The system will
send out each mail piece one at a time until the
obligated amount has been sent.
What type of
content do you accept?
We have found that
plain text messages work best. Please ensure
that your title does not contain one of the
following characters. ' " , ? !
Our
system disallows these characters because they
are usually flags to send email to the junk
folder. When possible please have your customers
submit content without these characters. If they
are necessary, please contact us in advance.
How do you
determine accurate Geo Targeting?
We use the latest ip
databases provided by Arin.net to establish what
country of origin the users ip is from. This
method is over 99% accurate in determining
country.
Geo targeting allows us to
target users from a specific country of origin.
While we can target most countries, the volume
for specialized countries is very little. For
this reason we offer US, Canada, Australia, UK
and a few others. Currently over 80% of our
network is US Based. 10% Canada, 6% UK 2%
Australia, and the rest is made up of over 20
other countries.
