All email campaigns
will be managed under the following terms and
conditions. No exceptions will made to this policy
unless stated in writing and signed by a JAM Marketing
Inc., authorized official.
Email
Terms & Conditions.
- Accounts that have not
submitted content within 3 days of submitting the form
may have their send date cancelled and rescheduled at
our convenience.
- Email ad campaigns will be scheduled within 3 business
days from the date ordered and you should receive your campaign
log-in within 5 business days.
- JAM Marketing Inc., reserves
the right to postpone the send date up to 7 business
days under extreme circumstances. In the event that the
date is changed by JAM Marketing Inc., no additional
fees will apply.
- Emails will be sent out on
scheduled date before 5pm PST. In the event that the
click-thru guarantee has not been reached within 7 days
of the first mailing. An additional mailing will be
scheduled for the next available date.
- Any website that is offline,
down or interrupted understands that we can not shut off
traffic being delivered from previous email sent out.
- Since JAM Marketing Inc.,
can not guarantee the response to any
given campaign mailing, the advertiser must
understand that it may take up to 90 days to deliver
the full amount stated in our guarantee.
- Client will be notified by
email when the campaign begins. Support matters must
be submitted through our Help Desk ticketing system.
- JAM Marketing Inc., is not
responsible for any errors in content or links that
are submitted by client. The client
- JAM Marketing Inc., makes
no warranties or guarantees towards sales of your
products or services.

Refund Policy.
- Once the mailing
has commenced no refunds will be entertained. JAM
Marketing Inc., cannot, and does not guarantee results
as this depends on factors beyond our control such as
website loading times, ad writing ability, website
navigation, calls to action, market demand for the product or service, and so on.
- JAM Marketing Inc., is an email
service provider. We guarantee to deliver your email to
the number of optin members ordered.
