All email campaigns
are managed under the following terms and
conditions. No exceptions will made to this policy
unless stated in writing and signed by a JAM Marketing
Inc., authorized official.

Terms & Conditions.
- JAM Marketing Inc., reserves
the right to postpone the start date up to 7 business
days under extreme circumstances. In the event that the
date is changed by JAM Marketing Inc., no additional
fees will apply.
- Any website that is offline,
down or has limited access understands that we can not shut off
traffic being delivered. It is up to the customer to make sure that the site remains online, or to notify JAM Marketing Inc., if the site is offline so we can pause the campaign.
- Client will be notified by
email when the campaign begins. Support matters must
be submitted through our Help Desk ticketing system.
- JAM Marketing Inc., is not
responsible for any errors in content or links that
are submitted by client.
- JAM Marketing Inc., makes
no warranties or guarantees towards sales or signups for your
products or services. We guarantee traffic delivery but it ends there

Refund Policy.
- Once a traffic
campaign
has commenced no refunds will be entertained. Like most other traffic suppliers JAM
Marketing Inc., cannot, and does not guarantee results
as this depends on factors beyond our control such as
website loading times, ad writing ability, website
navigation, calls to action, market demand for your product or service, and so on.
- JAM Marketing Inc., is a
delivery agent. We guarantee to deliver the number of visitors ordered to your website. Nothing more,
nothing less.
